A pedestrian who was struck by a vehicle near Mt. Hood Community College has been taken to a local hospital.
The victim, described as a woman in her 30s, was struck by a vehicle at 11:55 a.m. Thursday, May 23, at Southeast Stark Street and Northeast Kane Drive, said Gresham Fire Chief Scott Lewis.
She was conscious when firefighter/paramedics arrived and the driver also stayed at the scene. The woman has been transported to Legacy Mt. Hood Medical Center.
