Whitman College
Mitchell Dunn of Damascus graduated from Whitman College Sunday, May 19, with a bachelors degree in politics. Dunn is a 2009 graduate of Sam Barlow High School.
Harding University
Matthew Albright, a senior psychology major from Troutdale, and Rebecca Williams, a senior social work major from Wood Village, were named to the Harding University deans list for the spring 2013 semester.
To be eligible, a student must carry 12 or more credit hours with a 3.65 or higher grade-point average and have no incompletes.
Phi Kappa Phi
Four local students recently were initiated into The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, a national collegiate honor society for all academic disciplines.
