A highway memorial has been set up at shooting site
More than 800 people attended the funeral service for Estacada resident and church elder Grady Waxenfelter.
The service was held Saturday, Feb. 15, at Estacada First Baptist Church. It was preceded by a procession of trucks from various entities.
