After 12 years, Fairview Mayor Mike Weatherby presided over his final City Council meeting Wednesday, Dec. 3.
With a light agenda, the meeting was primarily dedicated to celebrating Weatherby and city councilors Tamie Arnold and Lisa Barton Mullins who also are leaving the council.
