Festival of Lights Choirs from East County will perform at the Grottos Christmas Festival of Lights, which runs from 5-9:30 p.m. daily through Sunday, Dec. 30. The Catholic shrine, at 8840 N.E. Skidmore St., Portland, will be closed Christmas Day, Dec. 25.
