Harley Warren Bergstrom

East County resident Harley Warren Bergstrom died Tuesday, April 30. He was 92.
No public services will be held. A reception was held Saturday, May 4, at Summerplace Clubhouse. Private entombment will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery Mausoleum in Gresham.
Harley was born July 28, 1920, in Boring to Emile and Esther Bergstrom. He attended grade school and high school in Gresham. He then went to business school.
Harley served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He retired from Gem Top Manufacturing as vice president and sales manager.
Harley was a member of Temple Baptist Church. He liked to fish and enjoyed buying and selling golf clubs.
Survivors include his wife, Frances Bergstrom; four children, Sandra Kondos, Linda Wolcheck, Michael Bergstrom and Cynthia Clother; eight grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
Kevin Stark

Gresham resident Kevin Stark died Monday, April 29. He was 49.
No public services are scheduled at this time.
Kevin was born Feb. 13, 1964, in California to Richard and Susane Moore. He served in the Marines.
Kevin is survived by his wife, Vicky Stark; parents, Richard and Susane Moore; grandmother, Ina Stark; children, Tanya, Amber and Robert; siblings, Bonni, Jerry, Lillian, Carolyn, Rich, Shar and Julie; eight nieces and nephews; and many great-nieces and great-nephews.

Beatrice Olive Sybil Blohm

Beatrice was born and raised in Park Rapids, Minnesota to Fred and Mary Barg. She was the youngest of thirteen children and she was a twin. She grew up on a working farm. Beatrice was close to her mother; she spent the majority of the time in the house with her. At the age of twenty-one, she moved to Minneapolis. Shortly after moving there she met and married Frank Blohm. After getting married, Frank and Beatrice moved to Park Rapids where they worked and lived on a farm. They raised four children on the farm before moving to Minneapolis and then to Fargo, North Dakota. In 1954, they moved to Portland, Oregon. Beatrice worked at Meier and Frank in the packing warehouse for fifteen years. After she retired she spent a lot of time with her family. She then received her GED and learned to swim. Beatrice was active riding bikes, singing, dancing and driving her red sports car. In her later years she joined the Hot Shots Group and performed at senior centers throughout the greater Portland area. Beatrice was preceded in death by Frank Blohm. She is survived by husband, Carroll Hermanson, daughters, Caroline, Sheri, Nicholle and Darleen, twenty-five grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren. A visitation was held at Youngs Funeral Home in Tigard on Saturday, April 27, 2013. A Funeral Service was held at 3:00pm on Sunday, April 28, 2013 at Youngs Funeral Home. A private committal service was held at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland on Monday, April 29, 2013.
